The stay was quite pleasant, particularly due to the good size of the rooms and the lovely pool area which we enjoyed during our four-night visit. The SPA was a highlight and the food catered well to our preferences, especially breakfast which was nice even if it could offer more variety. Staff like Sajib from housekeeping were incredibly helpful in resolving issues, making our experience better despite some initial hiccups with the air conditioning.

The air conditioning was not working, what a lovely start to a relaxing vacation, and of course, they took their sweet time to fix it. Breakfast was an absolute disgrace, flies everywhere, and half-cooked food, I was appalled, not that I woudl ve been surprised if someone gave me a complimentary meal!

Consider me officially shocked
I was genuinely taken aback by the friendly service and spacious rooms . My suite was superb, and a special shout-out to Alexander, were great to assist with my payment issue! While the dining options were nice, they could benefit from a bit more variety. An experience I won't forget!

Had a blast with my friends! The nature trails near the hotel were gorgeous, especially the hike to the Kali temple. We even went white water rafting on the Kundalika River-thrilling! We also enjoyed day trips to Bat Island. Snorkeling there was a highlight. The staff was friendly, and the amenities.
We faced some trouble with the Wi-Fi connection -it was spotty at times, frustrating when trying to stay connected.

We had the time of our lives exploring the natural trails of the nearby Kaas Plateau and going on an adrenaline-pumping white water rafting adventure on the Kundalika River. The resort itself was super cool with clean rooms, friendly staff, and amazing views. It was the perfect base for our exhilarating hike to the Choor peak. We can't wait to go back next year and do it all over again!
The only thing we wished for was more options for young party-goers like us. It would have been awesome if the resort organized some fun events or parties to make our nights even more exciting.

The hotel has an advantageous location, with a local market and several restaurants available nearby. the hotel is located on/near the beach, providing guests with a lovely view and easy access to the sea. Some of the facilities, such as food, staff service, and different activities for all ages, can provide a decent experience to the guests.
Some travelers felt uncomfortable with the transportation, as taxi stands outside the hotel were overpriced and not satisfactory.
